We pop our zits because we feel like they make us ugly and popping them will make them less noticeable. After you pop your zit, your skin will need to start doing the repair process. Wounds heal in a series of steps. The bleeding must first stop, then the inflammation starts to disinfect the area, this inflammation causes more cells to grow in order to replace the damages ones and then the skin will begin to renew itself. You can easily pop it with a sterile needle to help prevent spreading. You should make sure that you do not pop your pimples prematurely and that they have time to rise to the upper layers of the skin.
