Because of the extremely dry affect Accutane will have on your skin, I would suggest your maybe Cetaphil Cleanser, Dove, or Olay. These are more of the mild soaps and are more sensitive on your skin. Dove would probably be my pick over the other two, mainly because I enjoy the variety of scents there are to choose from. But you can always switch it up and try others over the time, depending on how long you will be on Accutane. The effects from Accutane will probably linger inside your body for a while after you are done using. Just try to remember that you will never to keep lotions and body moisturizers on you to get you through the day. Everyone differs though, you may be safe without lotions.
