What is the best antioxidant supplement for the skin?

Everyone likes to take care of their skin, right? Wrong! In fact, there are many practices that people do every day that are quite harmful to the skin. Tanning is a perfect example. You may think you look nice in that bronze coat, but you aren’t going to look good to anyone when melanoma sparks up on you. We also do damage to our skin with all the soda and coffee we drink. Your skin needs hydration, and all the soda in the world is not going to do a very good job. Drink plenty of water to prevent all that dry flaky skin. Skin moisturizers will help, but you can save a lot of time and effort by putting down the soda can and drinking plenty of water every day.

Stopping bad habits is only one part of good skin care. In order to get the best skin possible, you need to supplement it with antioxidants. Antioxidants fight free radicals in your body which are the chief source of aging. All antioxidants are good for your skin and can be found in various fruits such as acai, cranberries, and blueberries. The real deal, though, comes from good old vitamin E. I take a vitamin E pill every morning, and it’s the best way to keep your skin healthy. Be sure to take it with a meal to ensure that you properly digest it and absorb the nutrients.
