What is the best over the counter, anti-aging, facial skin care product?

The best over the counter facial skin care product is Neutrogena oil free acne wash. I have been using this product for over 10 years and every time I have a breakout, I use this product to minimize any redness and prevent any acne from forming. This product also works fantastic in eliminating the active acne that I have and usually subsides within 24 hours of using the product. I feel that without this product, I would have severe self confidence issues because clear skin is very integral in my line of work as I am constantly in front of people and making presentations. Now, this product also comes in a nice grapefruit scent which provides a nice smell after using the product. Overall, I would rate Neutrogena oil free acne wash very high and would recommend this product to anyone who is trying to get rid or help control their acne and/or blemishes.
